Star retests and student results not appearing in the Growth Report

Star updated their database over the summer and unfortunately, it has been a step backward. Student data that would appear instantly now takes 30 minutes to arrive for instance. As an example. Another hiccup is the Growth Report. If your student races through the test and needs to be retested, the Growth Report will NOT utilize that point of data. It will take the point of data closest to Jan 15th (for the winter test). This is not desirable and I have made yet another formal/documented complaint to their main office (second one this year).  
Should I retest? Yes. You will need to, however, request a "Test Record Report" from your Star testing person or look for it on the reports page. It will list all tests taken by the student this year.

But it appears they will still keep supporting Google Extensions -
This mean any Chrome App will no longer work as if 12-2020.
